Response Definitions Below

Response #1 – Keyholder Notification Only

If the alarm system is showing as disarmed, or the status is unknown (i.e. the site does not send arming/disarming signals), the nominated Keyholders will be contacted.

If the alarm system is armed, or CMS are unable to verify the person(s) on site, the nominated Keyholders will be contacted.

Once all Keyholders have been notified and/or messages have been left, CMS will take no further action.

Response #2 – Keyholder Notification + Patrol (If Required)

If the alarm system is showing as disarmed, or the status is unknown, the nominated Keyholders will be contacted.

If the alarm system is armed, or CMS are unable to verify the person(s) on site, the nominated Keyholders will be contacted.

If no response is received, or if requested by a Keyholder, CMS will notify the nominated patrol provider.

Keyholders will be advised if the patrol identifies a break and enter at the premises.

Response #3 – Immediate Patrol Response

For all alarm events (regardless of system status), CMS will notify the nominated patrol provider.

The nominated patrol provider will be advised of all alarm events.

Keyholders will only be contacted if the patrol identifies a break and enter at the premises.

Notes

For all response options, CMS will contact Keyholders in the event of low battery or power failure signals.

Patrol Service Providers & Charges

KickTECH may nominate a preferred patrol service provider; however, CMS and KickTECH are not responsible for the invoicing of patrol attendances.

All patrol attendance charges are payable directly by the customer to the nominated patrol provider under a separate agreement.

Any patrol invoices received by KickTECH will be forwarded to the customer for payment.

KickTECH currently nominates Ausgroup or Anchor Security as preferred patrol providers.

I understand that patrol attendance may incur additional charges from the nominated patrol provider.
